Sunep A Jamir is the frontman of the band Tune Up Channel from Mokokchung. “Edge” is his newly released single which is a solo venture through which he wishes to express his emotions.
“Edge” is a desperate call to someone to fill the void in one’s life. It is about holding on to the thread of hope and finding the flickering light at the end of the tunnel.
Video Concept:
Darkness is often synonymous with depression, anxiety, loneliness and all the pessimistic thoughts that consume one’s life. The dark room in the video depicts the human mind where these monsters have taken over. On the other hand, the painting shows us how life can be colorful and promising despite all the messiness. At the end of the day we are assured by the hope that we can be imperfectly perfect.
